Does the Ab Rocket Really Work?

Does the Ab Rocket really work? That’s the question that I hope to answer with this blog. As part of my investigation, I plan to find out as much as possible about the product and to answer potential consumers’ question about the Ab Rocket abdominal trainer. Here is a partial list of questions that I hope to answer:

• What is the Ab Rocket weight limit?
• What effect does the ab rocket have on your lower back?
• Where does the ab rocket ship to?
• How does the ab rocket compare to other ab strengthening machines?
• What comes with the ab rocket when you order it?

Obviously there are a lot more questions that this review of the ab rocket should include and I certainly plan on provide as much information as possible. Keep in mind however, that the purpose of this site is simply to provide consumers with information based on the research that I do on the web. Please judge the information provide and decide for yourself if the ab rocket if right for you.

www.AbRocket.com - Official Ab Rocket Website

I recently visited the official Ab Rocket website at www.abrocket.com to try to find out a little more about the product. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I was a little disappointed with their website. I found it very difficult to find much specific information about their product or the different types of exercises that I can do with the Ab Rocket.

They do offer several short marketing videos on their site but I didn’t find them to be to helpful. I expected to find informational pages explaining the different types of exercise techniques that can be done with the Ab Rocket. As a person who studies websites quite a bit, I think that the people at www.abrocket.com need to understand that web surfers and potential customers are really looking for websites that provide valuable content. Instead, I found nothing but a bunch of marketing. They are playing on people’s emotions by showing models with perfect abs and giving the message that it’s easy to achieve those results with the Ab Rocket. I’m sure that this product can certainly be used to achieve a great ab workout but the site should provide real content include workout routines and exercise techniques to use with the Ab Rocket (or even without it). I haven’t decided if I’m going to buy the Ab Rocket yet, but I think I will and I’ll do my best to record my reviews about it here on this blog.
